My favorite post on Melissa’s blog is getting to know her Fur Babies. I think you would find it very entertaining and can really tell her love for animals. As an animal lover myself, I found this post so relatable!

From the Beginning; My Blog Story

I started blogging because  I am an over-sharer. I love to share everything. You probably could guess right now that I love to talk. Talking means sharing everything that’s happened in my life. Good and Bad. When people at work ask me where to go for their next vacation, they usually come to me. When people want to go out to eat and try something they usually haven’t tried themselves, they come to me. I’m also a dog lover, so when I hear people talk about their fur babies, I chime in!

I love to communicate about everything. I’m down to earth and love a good conversation. People who are close to me encouraged me to do something about my love of sharing and experiences.

So here I am, sharing all my loves, in this blog. Hoping that my blog posts captivates, motivates, and exude feelings and emotions as they read my words. If I’ve made someone smile or laugh or make them reflect on their own lives, through my writing, that is very rewarding to me.

Through this blog I have learned, I have grown, I have evolved and I have written what I am scared about.

I found my true authentic self.

My advice to New Bloggers

Be authentic. Be transparent. Be you. Be.

Write like nobody is even reading, write for you. Treat your blog like a scrapbook, of your life.

Write about experiences, what makes you happy or sad or what makes you tick. All of that, just write it down.

Someone somewhere will read what you’ve written and will love it.

A blog is a conversation started by you and sharing it with others is just the icing on the cake.

Don’t worry about the number of followers you have on your blog. Just as long as it makes you happy, that’s the most important thing.

Every time I’m at work, all I think about is getting off work and go to my happy place and write in my blog. If this sounds like you, then keep going. Enjoy the life of blogging!
