Sip Wine Bar Restaurant Review – August 2020

I discovered this  Italian restaurant with my daughter one day the  during week and it was so good that I decided to bring my husband back for our dinner date, on the weekend! So on a beautiful Saturday late afternoon, I slipped into my new red comfy red dress from Zara and headed off to Sip Wine Bar, in the Yonge & Eglinton area in Toronto. The weather was nice and warm and we dined in and sat by the window; over looking the outdoor patio. We were the only patrons inside , and loved how intimate the atmosphere felt. I was so embarrassed, thank God the children were still small that they probably didn’t know better! So I’ve started this Keto diet that my girlfriend Marisa swears by. She started Keto earlier this year and lost friggin 20+ pounds! I told her I love my baked goods and she said I still could enjoy them, with less carbs! If that isn’t inspiration, I don’t know what it is! She gave me this recipe and I stared at it for a while and as the fear in me started to take hold, I pushed it right far back where it came from and said to myself, I’m hell going to try it! Preparation: 10 minutes Baking:  14min Recipe: 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1/4 cup
