I haven’t baked in a thousand years because when I last baked, my Banana bread turned out hard as a rock! I was so embarrassed, thank God the children were still small that they probably didn’t know better! So I’ve started this Keto diet that my girlfriend Marisa swears by. She started Keto earlier this year and lost friggin 20+ pounds! I told her I love my baked goods and she said I still could enjoy them, with less carbs!
