Cactus Club Cafe Restaurant Review 2017

77 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON Went to this awesome restaurant for my son’s birthday dinner in July.ย  Cactus Club is located in the downtown core of Toronto area. This place is amazing! Ambiance Upon arrival, their beautiful and inviting spacious patio decorated with bright yellow umbrellas was a welcoming greeting, I was already excited to enter the premises. This restaurant consists of 3 floors: Street level gorgeous patio, 2nd floor is main dining room which is enclosed and lastly, the trendy and vibrant 3rd floor which is rooftop dining. This place is upscale, clubby style restaurant. Full of lovely good looking people, lively, music blasting in the background. It has a feel good, fun atmosphere.

Los Colibris – Restaurant Review 2017

I made reservations at this restaurant for Summerlicious 2017. As a foodie lover/fanatic, of course I wanted to try an upscale Mexican restaurant. Los Colibris is yes upscale and classy in its style. The food on the other hand, in our opinion (my family) really wasn’t what we’d expected. Ambiance Upscale, classy, appealing and attractive interiour decor and vibrant atmosphere. Upon entrance you are greeted by a beautiful bar with its yellow backing stools. A circular ย dining area to your left and a corridor-ish style looking dining room. Booths are situated on the right against a wall with candles placed behind you, and tables located on the left side. The half like kitchen with its open concept, is at the back of the restaurant. To the extreme left of the kitchen are where you will find the washrooms.

Salmon Recipe

I love love salmon! It’s the most simplest meal to make and it’s healthy and it’s quick! Cooking salmon takes little time and that’s what you need when you’re so tired from work all day, but still want a delicious dinner! All you need to figure out what sides you want with it and off you go. I usually have asparagus or salad or quick Uncle Ben’s rice! I love my rice and if you want to change it up from plain steamed rice, pair it up with Uncle Ben’s.ย  They have a variety. This meal I chose Chinese Fried Rice. Just prep your salmon, throw it in the oven for 15-2o minutes, and voila! While the salmon is in the oven, your rice is on the stove cooking at the same time. Its really fast.
