Copper Blues Bar & Grill – Restaurant Review 2017

Copper Blues Bar & Grill

156 Jozo Weider Blvd, Village at the Blue, Blue Mountain, Collingwood, ON

Went here for dinner in July, for a mini getaway, staycation for the weekend.

Ambiance

Fairly big restaurant, also a healthy looking patio over looking the court yard of the village. Nice and easy going vibe. There were plenty of large groups enjoying their dinner, but the noise level was just right and non-intrusive. We ate in the patio and the crowd outside was dissipating. It was nice out, the air was cool and the moon is right above us. Right above the restaurant is Georgian Manor Hotel.

Food

Pear & Gorgonzola Salad $16

  • field green with peacans and white balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Grilled shrimp/Baby Kale Caesar $19

  • with bacon, parmesan and caesar vinaigrette dressing

Bottle of Boone’s Sangria $36

Staff/Server

Our server was quick and efficient and had a sense of humour. She was great! Food came out fantastically fast!

Final Thoughts

Relaxing and calm environment. The patio is lovely at night, with the view of the court yard and the mountains. The server was attentive and the food was very tasty and executed in a timely manner. Would go back here again.
