Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse- Restaurant Review 2017

Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse 205 Marycroft Ave, Woodbridge, ON Went here for dinner for my youngest son’s birthday, in May. Don’t go here. Ambiance First impression was Ok. Lively, kind of too loud, boxed in feeling, did I say really noisy? Buffet is at the front of the restaurant in an L shape. Tables situated left, right, center and to the back. We were seated at the back with a couple of steps up, to reach our tables. Pretty good view of the whole place as we were slightly elevated. Busy near our tables, as everyone is situated pretty closely to each other, therefore servers and meat holders are running into each other. Staff/Service I am writing this in bullet form so you get the gist of how awesome the staff and service was! no water for a thousand years, waited a million years for water to come dirty plates

Copper Blues Bar & Grill – Restaurant Review 2017

Copper Blues Bar & Grill 156 Jozo Weider Blvd, Village at the Blue, Blue Mountain, Collingwood, ON Went here for dinner in July, for a mini getaway, staycation for the weekend. Ambiance Fairly big restaurant, also a healthy looking patio over looking the court yard of the village. Nice and easy going vibe. There were plenty of large groups enjoying their dinner, but the noise level was just right and non-intrusive. We ate in the patio and the crowd outside was dissipating. It was nice out, the air was cool and the moon is right above us. Right above the restaurant is Georgian Manor Hotel. Food Pear & Gorgonzola Salad $16 field green with peacans and white balsamic vinaigrette dressing   Grilled shrimp/Baby Kale Caesar $19 with bacon, parmesan and caesar vinaigrette dressing   Bottle of Boone’s Sangria $36 Staff/Server Our server was quick and efficient and had a sense

Magnone’s Italian Kitchen – Restaurant Review 2017

Magnone’s Italian Kitchen 1-190 Jozo Weider Blvd, Village at the Blue, Blue Mountain, Collingwood, ON Went here July for dinner, for our mini getaway staycation. Upon our arrival already the place was crowded and very very noisy. I’ve been here several times and I noticed that tables were missing and a crowd of people were gathered by the bar. I asked the hostess and she stated there was a wedding rehearsal dinner in effect. Great. We stayed anyways. Ambiance There are 2 floors and an outdoor patio. We ate on the main floor. Not much of an atmosphere here, not much of a personality either. The place was too loud with the added wedding party enjoying the bar a little too much. I noticed the other dinner goers that were seated, glancing at the loud group from their tables. They all wore an irritated and annoyed expressions.
