Usually, on a lazy Sunday afternoon, my husband loves to cook new things. Today its “Easy Peasy Egg Bites!” He was inspired by Starbucks “Egg Bites” and said to himself “hey I could make these and even better too” and so he did. I mean seriously, it’s damn easy and fast to bake these cute little Egg Bites. So here we go!

Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a note taped to their door “closed for repairs”. My daughter picked that spot for our brunch for my birthday. They didn’t even the courtesy to put this vital information on their website or Instagram. Anyways, this was a blessing in disguise, because we came here instead! Yay!! This cute little place was absolutely amazing!
